Try the lessons

If you try My AI Lessons and it is not for you, request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Tell us which lessons you tried and what did not work for you so we can understand your experience. If you have no details to share, contact us anyway; missing feedback does not disqualify your request. There is no minimum lesson completion or Tutor-use requirement.

Request a refund

Email support@myailessons.com with the purchase email and a payment reference if available, or use Withdraw from a contract. Never send card details, passwords or sign-in links.

A full refund returns the amount actually paid to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times vary. Only access funded by the refunded purchase may be removed; separate unrefunded purchases remain protected.

Statutory rights

This commercial policy adds to your mandatory rights. Where the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, no reason, lesson use or feedback is required. Opening the lessons does not waive that right here. Rights concerning defective or undelivered digital content and services are unaffected. A statutory refund is made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after your withdrawal notice.

Earlier purchases

Earlier one-time purchases retain their original guarantees. Existing subscriptions retain their original refund conditions and billing management.
